I recently had the opportunity to try out the Blackstone 1813 Stainless Steel Propane Griddle Grill and I can confidently say that it is one of the best griddles on the market. The Blackstone 1813 is an excellent choice for both professional and amateur chefs alike.

The Blackstone 1813 features a heavy duty stainless steel construction with two H style burners that product 24,000 BTUs of heat and a rolled steel upper surface to prevent any hotspots or cold spots. The heat intensity can be easily adjusted with two knobs. The griddle also includes a hood that traps the heat and speeds up the cooking process while also protecting the griddle pan from the elements.

The Blackstone 1813 is an extremely versatile griddle that can be used to cook a variety of dishes, from burgers and steaks to pancakes, eggs, and more. It has a spacious 22 339 sq. inch cooking surface, so you can fit up to 12 burgers or 9 steaks or 12 pancakes or 12 eggs at once. This makes it perfect for large get togethers and family gatherings.

Assembling the Blackstone 1813 was surprisingly easy all I had to do was attach the legs, hook up the propane tank, light it up, and let it preheat for about 10 minutes before I started cooking. After I was done cooking, cleaning up was just as easy all I had to do was wipe down the surface with a paper towel and empty out the built in grease catcher.

Overall, I am incredibly impressed with this product! It s well made, easy to use, versatile, and easy to clean up afterwards what more could you ask for in an outdoor griddle?
