3M Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6800 Review

I recently got the chance to test out the 3M Full Face Reusable Respirator 6800. I have used a lot of different respirators in my work and this one is easily one of the best I have ever tried. It is lightweight, comfortable and provides excellent protection from airborne particles, gases and vapors.

The 3M Full Face Reusable Respirator 6800 is designed to fit over your head with a silicone face seal for a secure fit. The lightweight design helps to reduce fatigue and it stays comfortable even after long periods of use. The respirator has a large lens that provides a wide field of view, so you can see clearly in all directions. The integrated optical correction limits distortion so you can look from side to side without any blurring or fogging.

The 3M Full Face Reusable Respirator 6800 also has a unique center adapter that directs exhaled breath and moisture downward instead of up towards your face which helps keep the lens clear and reduces fogging. This respirator also has a cool flow valve that helps provide cool, dry comfort by reducing heat buildup inside the mask. It also features an easy cleaning process with its smooth surface that allows for quick and easy cleaning.

This respirator is perfect for industrial and occupational use but not suitable for consumer sale or use. It meets all the requirements of ANSI Z87 1 2010 for high impact Z87 plus and can be combined with 3M particulate filters or chemical cartridges to help provide respiratory protection against particulates dust, fumes, mold, etc. and gases and vapors paint, acid, chemicals, etc. .

Overall I am impressed with the 3M Full Face Reusable Respirator 6800 as it is lightweight, comfortable and provides excellent protection from airborne particles, gases and vapors. It is perfect for industrial use as it meets all the requirements of ANSI Z87 1 2010 for high impact Z87 plus .
