I have been an avid fan of the TENZI family of games for years. I was intrigued to try out their new fast stacking building block game, BUILDZI. From the moment I opened the box, I was immediately impressed by the high quality construction and components. The 32 BUILDZI Blocks are made of a durable plastic and come in four different shapes and sizes. The 32 double sided Tower Cards feature both easy and challenging tower designs that will help build problem solving skills. The 32 Block Cards are used to challenge players to be the first to build their block tower.
BUILDZI is a great game for families, groups of friends, or even classrooms as it can be easily adapted for all ages from 6 to 96. It helps develop many STEM skills such as problem solving, creativity, communication, inquiry, engineering/design thinking, critical thinking and collaboration skills. Its also perfect for early finishers as it requires quick problem solving skills and rewards creativity.
One of my favorite features about this game is how quickly you can learn and play it. All you need to do is flip over your Tower Card or Block Card and be the first to build your block tower. If youre looking for more of a challenge then try using the yellow/black side of the Tower Card these towers are a bit trickier to build without color coding assistance.
The box includes instructions for 7 different fast stacking building block games including Together BUILDZI where you use your STEM skills to work as a team building a tower that includes all of the BUILDZI Blocks. This makes BUILDZI one of the most versatile stacking games on the market today no two games will ever be alike!
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience playing BUILDZI and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and challenging game that encourages creativity and problem solving skills while still being enjoyable for all ages! Whether you re playing with family or friends, BUILDZI is sure to provide hours of entertainment and laughs!
