DEWALT 20V MAX XR Brushless Combo Kit, Premium 6 Tool DCK694P2 Review

I recently tested the DEWALT 20V MAX XR Brushless Combo Kit, Premium 6 Tool DCK694P2 and I am very impressed by the overall quality of this product. The set includes six tools: a hammer drill/driver, an impact driver, a circular saw, a reciprocating saw, an oscillating multi tool and a flashlight. All the tools are powered by two 20V MAX Lithium Ion batteries with a five amp hour charge.

In terms of performance, the DEWALT 20V MAX XR Brushless Combo Kit is excellent. The hammer drill/driver DCD996 has a brushless motor that delivers up to 75 more runtime than 18V NiCad brushed motors. It also has a heavy duty 1/2 inch ratcheting nitro carburized metal chuck with carbide inserts for superior bit gripping strength. The impact driver DCF887 also offers three speed settings for versatility with precision drive for added control.

The circular saw DCS570 is one of the most powerful tools in the set, providing 2 9/16 inch cutting capacity at 90 degrees with its 7 1/4 inch blade and runtime to complete 330 crosscuts in 2x4 pine. The reciprocating saw DCS367 has a variable speed trigger with 0 2900 SPM making it an incredibly fast cutting tool for many different applications. And lastly, the oscillating multi tool DCS355 has a quick change accessory system which allows blades and attachments to be changed quickly without wrenches. To top it all off, the set includes DCL040 a bright flashlight that illuminates your work area with LED output of 110 lumens.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the performance of this combo kit from DEWALT. It s an excellent choice for anyone who needs reliable power tools that can handle any job without missing a beat. The six tools included in the kit are all top quality and offer great value for money as well as superb ergonomics and battery life.
