I recently purchased the Epson WorkForce Pro WF 3820 All in One Inkjet Printer for my home office and have been extremely pleased with its performance. This is a great all in one printer for those who need to print, scan, copy, and fax documents. It offers a variety of features that make it easy to use and efficient.
The first thing I noticed about this printer was its size. It is compact but still has plenty of room for all of your printing needs. The scanner bed is 8.5 x 11.7 inches, which is large enough to accommodate legal documents up to 8.5 x 14 inches when using the ADF automatic document feeder . Additionally, the 250 sheet standard input tray can easily handle small 3.5 x 5 cards to large 8.5 x 47.2 banners quickly and effectively.
The WorkForce Pro WF 3820 also features Wireless connectivity options allowing users to print and scan from mobile devices via numerous protocols, including Epson Smart Panel app, Epson Creative Print app, Epson Email Print, Epson Remote Print, Epson iPrint, Scan to Cloud, Apple AirPrint, and Mopria. This is great for anyone who needs to be able to access their documents remotely or on the go.
Another great feature of this printer is its speed and quality of prints/scans/copies/faxes produced. The unit can produce sharp prints with a 4800 x 2400 dpi resolution at speeds of up to 21 ppm in black and 11 ppm in color using PrecisionCore Heat Free Technology. Additionally, the flatbed scanner has an optical resolution of 1200 dpi which ensures crisp images and copies are produced each time you use it.
Finally, the 2.7 inch color touchscreen makes it easy to navigate through menus and settings quickly while comprehensive security features keep your documents secure and safe from unauthorized access or tampering. With all these features combined, I find this printer perfect for home office users who need an efficient all in one machine that can handle a variety of tasks quickly and accurately while providing excellent print quality at an affordable price point!
