FoxAlien Masuter Pro CNC Router Machine Review

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the FoxAlien Masuter Pro CNC Router Machine, and I have to say that I was very impressed. This machine is an all aluminum model that is designed for precision cutting and engraving. It has a large working area of 15.75 x 15.75 x 2.36 400 x 400 x 60mm , making it suitable for most standard woodworking projects.

The Masuter Pro comes with a compact controller box that includes an emergency stop button and home button for easy access. The box is also dust proof, making maintenance easier. The Z axis uses linear rail instead of rods and T8 lead screw, which greatly improves stability and accuracy. In addition, each stepper motor has a knob so you can make adjustments by hand.

The package also includes two spindle clamps: 52mm 65mm, so you can choose the one that fits your needs best. The 52mm clamp can accommodate the 60W spindle, 300W spindle and the FoxAlien 20W/40W modules while the 65mm clamp is for customized upgrades such as 65mm router, 1.5KW spindle and more. It also supports the 69mm spindle clamp, but this must be purchased separately.

In terms of assembly, most parts come pre assembled and the wires are pre wired to the controller box, making setup quick and easy only 10 15 minutes to get up and running! Additionally, a small working light has been added to the Z axis which helps you monitor your progress more clearly in low light conditions.

All in all, I found the FoxAlien Masuter Pro CNC Router Machine to be an excellent choice for woodworkers looking for a reliable machine with great accuracy and precision cutting capabilities. It offers great value for money with its durable construction, ease of use and versatility in terms of its various accessories and upgrades available.
