I recently had the pleasure of testing out the Grandstream GXP1620 Small to Medium Business HD IP Phone VoIP Phone and Device. This product is part of Grandstreams GXP Series, which is a series of enterprise grade IP phones that are aimed at small to medium business users.
The GXP1620 features two dual color line keys with up to two call appearances, three XML programmable context sensitive soft keys, and a three way conference call capability. It also has HD wideband audio for crystal clear sound quality and superb full duplex hands free speakerphone with advanced acoustic echo cancellation and excellent double talk performance. The phone also comes with a large phonebook up to 500 contacts as well as a call history feature that can store up to 200 records.
