Peaceable Kingdom Press Feed The Woozle Play Set Review

I recently had the pleasure of reviewing and trying out the Peaceable Kingdom Feed The Woozle Play Set. This game is designed for kids ages 3 and up, and it s sure to provide hours of fun, learning, and social skills development.

The game itself is quite simple, but that makes it perfect for younger children who are just starting to learn how to play games. It includes a stand up Woozle, a spinner, spoon, die, and game cards. To start playing you spin the spinner to determine which type of treat you are trying to feed the Woozle e.g., a fuzzy donut or a hairy pickle . Then you try to feed him as many treats as you can before all the game pieces are gone.

It s definitely a cooperative game that encourages taking turns, developing valuable social skills, and problem solving. Kids will also gain dexterity, fine motor skills, body awareness and counting while having fun with this set. It also comes with three levels so it can grow with your child as they get older and more experienced at playing games.

Something I really liked about this game was that there s no reading required even the smallest kids can participate in the game without any problems. And since it s designed for multiple players 2 5 kids can play , it encourages kids to work together in order to help feed the Woozle. This helps cultivate emotional development, shared decision making, positive self esteem, creative problem solving and develops a sense of community in a non stressful play environment.

Overall I think this is an excellent game for young children who are just starting out with games and want something that is easy to learn but still provides plenty of fun and learning opportunities. It s great for teaching them basic skills such as counting and problem solving while also helping develop important social skills such as cooperation and working together with others. The fact that it grows with your child as they get older means that they won t outgrow it anytime soon either!
