I recently had the pleasure of testing out the Sportneer Adjustable Ankle Weights Set. As an avid gym goer, I always look for products that can help me get the most out of my workouts. This adjustable ankle weight set definitely did not disappoint!
The ankle weights come in a pair, with each weighing up to 5 lbs. There are 5 removable sand pockets for each ankle weight, and each pocket weighs 0.97 lbs. This makes it easy to adjust the total weight of each ankle weight from 1 5 lbs by adding or taking out inserts as needed. The ankle weights also have a universal size which extends its length to 14.56 inches, and has easy to adjust velcro straps that provide a great fit for ankles of all sizes.
I found that these adjustable ankle weights were perfect for increasing the intensity of my daily workouts, whether it was walking, jogging, core training, fitness, or aerobics. They helped me increase my strength and rehabilitate my muscles while improving balance and assisting physical therapy. Not only did they perform well during exercise but they also felt incredibly comfortable on my ankles as well!
The neoprene exterior is reinforced with sturdy stitching and outer trim making them extremely durable as well as soft when held in your hands. Additionally, I found them very easy to use and remove due to their velcro closure type.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Sportneer Adjustable Ankle Weights Set to anyone looking to add more resistance to their workout while still feeling comfortable doing so. This product is perfect for those who want to strengthen their muscles, improve balance, or assist in physical therapy. It s also great for athletes who need some extra support during their workouts!
