Product Overview
I recently had the opportunity to review the Ubiquiti Networks UVC G3 5 Unifi Video Camera. This five pack of cameras is designed for use with the UniFi Video surveillance management system, offering 1080p Full HD resolution for day or night use and integrated with the UniFi Video software.
The cameras are lightweight, and I found them very easy to install and setup. The 30 FPS frame rate provides smooth, crisp videos that can be viewed on an iOS or Android based smartphone or tablet via the UniFi Video mobile app. The wall, ceiling, or pole mount feature allows you to place them anywhere without needing additional hardware. Additionally, each camera comes with a built in microphone so you can capture sound as well as video.
The cameras have a weather resistant design that makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and they re powered by 24V Passive PoE, meaning they don t require any additional power source. They also feature infrared night vision up to 20 meters 66 feet away, so you can still get clear images even in low light conditions.
Overall, I was impressed with the performance of these cameras. The picture quality was great and I liked that they had motion detection capabilities which could be set to trigger recording when it detects movement in a certain area. The night vision was also excellent and allowed me to clearly see what was going on even when it was dark outside.
I would highly recommend these Ubiquiti Networks UVC G3 5 Unifi Video Cameras to anyone who is looking for a reliable video surveillance solution for their home or business. They offer great features at an affordable price point and are easy to install and setup. They re perfect for anyone who wants to keep an eye on their property without breaking the bank!
