I have had the pleasure of trying out the Rutland 76C 500 Degree RTV High Heat Silicone Seal and can honestly say it is an excellent product. It was easy to use, and the results were impressive. The sealant formed a tough and flexible seal on any clean surface, including glass, metal, plastics, fiberglass, wood, brick and stone. I used it to seal my fireplace insert and the results were fantastic.
